SILENCE

I’m noticing mediation, mindfulness, and being grateful is at the forefront of a lot of people’s intentions these days.  I work at a high school and one of the teachers had us close our eyes for a few minutes and get ourselves in the present moment.

My husband came home the other day and told me about a conference he attended.  It talked about meditation and writing down three great things that happened each day for thirty days.  Apparently it really changes your frame of mind.

I’m a proponent for a few minutes of silence everyday.  It really can settle you down and help you focus on what really matters in your personal day.
